Summer holidays
The Summer Crate Challenge
About 10 minutes of maths or English a day over the holidays, and crates to open when your child finishes their work. Free for families until Sunday 14 February 2027.
How it works
- Create a free Family account on the home page (choose "A parent or family"). No card needed.
- Add your children. Each gets a made-up name, a login card and a 3D character to dress up. No emails, no chat, no ads.
- Assign one game or question set a day for their year level. They earn coins and crates for finishing — capped each day, so learning comes first.
- See how each child is going, topic by topic.
Families who sign up by 31 January 2027 are free until 14 February 2027. After that the Family plan is $4.99 a month or $49.99 a year (NZD), for up to 10 children. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
Already using Crateclass at school?
Your child can keep using their class login at home over the holidays, with the same login card. Ask their teacher if you can't find it.
